CHEF KANNIKA KONGKAEW

Kannika Kongkaew’s journey into Spanish cuisine began in Spain, where she lived from 2004 to 2013. She trained in Barcelona at ESHOB and the Hoffmann culinary school, developing a deep understanding of Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine.

After nearly a decade in Spain, she returned to Thailand and founded Taburete in Bangkok in 2013 — bringing with her the flavours, techniques and spirit of the Spanish table.
